Case Studies
Below is a selection of the projects we have worked on. These range in size and complexity from single room layouts to modelling large family homes.
Luxury new build project, Harrogate, Yorkshire
The 3D images created for this luxury property in Yorkshire were commissioned by the architect and used as part of the planning application. A street scene image (photomontage) was also done to show how the property sits within the neighbouring properties.
Luxury London development
London development of 2 houses and 4 apartments
The images have been created for a luxury new development in London. Both internal and external images have been done for marketing purposes. In total approximately 30 images were done by Home Visuals.
Large family home and renovation project, Harrogate, Yorkshire
This was a major renovation project to create a substantial family home. We showed a variety of roof colours and window styles, plus different areas being clad or rendered.
Henley redevelopment project
The images created for Dragon Developments were used for three different purposes. Firstly to help to get the project through planning; the planners originally refused the designs but once they saw the images, it was approved. Secondly for marketing; the images will be used to help sell the property off plan. Lastly for decision making; we did 8 different colour options for the windows and doors etc and also a variety of layouts internally.
Family home, Hertfordshire
External images created for a new family home, showing render and window types for decision making and marketing purposes.
Oasis of Love Church, Wolverhampton
These images and a flythrough were used for public consultation meetings with local residents, council members and the church congregation. The space was being completed renovated and community areas were being created for private prayers, meetings, a cafe area, games room and general space for people to meet up.
Family home, Crowthorne, Berkshire
These images were commissioned by Anne Owen Architects to show the client what the finished house would look like and as additional information to assist the planning application.
Henley Town House. Decisions on external finishes.
The homeowner was half way through the building process but was struggling with the colour for the windows and doors. With these costing over £10,000, you cannot afford to get it wrong. We looked at different colour options and what they look like in different weather. Client: “They are great! The images have been so helpful”.
Large family home, major extension and renovation project, Nr Bromley
The client for this project wanted to see a number of different options for finishes and window designs. The dormer was the big issue for them and we showed them a variety of colours, renders, cladding etc.
This client wanted to create a fairly formal looking sitting room with recessed lighting and air conditioning. A number of business meetings would take place in the room, so two separate seating areas were required but it also needed to be an area to relax and watch television in.
The client was struggling to imagine how their son’s messy bedroom could be transformed into a sophisticated guest bedroom. We looked at various different interior design options and they decided on the aqua marine and grey colour palette, to give a calm yet stylish feel to the room.
This is a new build project in the Algarve. The client had seen 2d floor plans and elevations from the architect but struggled to visualise what the finished product would look like. Obviously he was reluctant to sign off the plans and commit to the expense of the build, without seeing it in a format he could understand and comment on.
